Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. No physical shipping
ANVIKOS (ANVIKOS Group) sells online software subscriptions and digital services only. We do not ship any physical goods, so no shipping charges apply.
2. Delivery of software subscriptions
- Apps such as AI CMO are delivered online through your ANVIKOS account at https://app.anvikos.com.
- Free trials start immediately after sign-up.
- Paid access is activated immediately after successful payment, and in any case within 24 hours. A payment confirmation and invoice are sent to your registered email address.
- If access is not activated within 24 hours of a successful payment, email contact@anvikos.com and we will resolve it or refund you in line with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
3. Delivery of services
Digital marketing, website, app, CRM, automation and AI services are delivered online (by email, video call, shared documents and within your own accounts) according to the timeline in the proposal you accept before payment.
