Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective date: 2 October 2026
This policy explains how you can cancel subscriptions and services of ANVIKOS (ANVIKOS Group) and services and when refunds apply. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Free trials
Free trials do not require payment details and are never charged. When a trial ends, access to that app stops automatically. There is nothing to cancel.
2. Cancelling a subscription
- You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account or by emailing contact@anvikos.com from your registered email address.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- We do not charge cancellation fees.
3. Refunds for subscriptions
- First purchase: if you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription of an app, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the payment date.
- Renewals and later periods: fees for periods that have already started are not refundable, except where required by law or where the Service was unavailable for an extended period due to our fault.
- Duplicate or incorrect charges: any payment charged twice or charged in error is refunded in full.
- Add-ons and usage-based credits that have been used are not refundable.
4. Services
For digital marketing, website, app, CRM, automation and AI services, the scope, price and any refund terms are set out in the written proposal you accept before payment. Where a proposal does not say otherwise, advance payments for work that has not yet started are refundable in full, and payments for work already delivered are not.
5. How to request a refund
Email contact@anvikos.com with your registered email address, the payment date and the reason for your request. We will reply within 3 business days.
6. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through our payment partner. Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days of approval; the time for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
