Terms of Service
Effective date: 2 October 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms“) are an agreement between you and ANVIKOS Group, #102, Block-2, Sai Raghavendra Brundavanam, Simhapuri Colony, Bowrampet, Hyderabad, Telangana, India 500090 (“ANVIKOS“, “we“, “us“), and govern your use of the ANVIKOS platform and every app you access through your ANVIKOS account, including AI CMO (together, the “Service“). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it, and “you” includes that business. Some apps may have additional terms, which we will show you before you start using them.
1. The Service
ANVIKOS is a software-as-a-service platform that gives businesses access to several apps with one account. Apps include AI CMO (with Paid Ads Manager, Social Media Analytics, Organic Growth and Content Publisher), which lets businesses connect their social media, analytics and advertising accounts to view performance dashboards, AI-generated insights, reports and presentations and to plan and publish content; our automation apps (WhatsApp Marketing Solutions and Instagram, Facebook and Telegram Automation), which let businesses publish content and reply to comments and messages on accounts they manage; and our AI business solutions (AI Voice Agents, AI Workflows, AI Recruiter and AI Business Analyst), which answer calls, automate routine work, support hiring and analyse business data. You get access only to the apps included in your trial or plan. We may add, improve, change or discontinue apps and features over time; we’ll give reasonable notice of material changes that reduce functionality you pay for.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- Provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account; tell us promptly at contact@anvikos.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Connected platforms
- You may connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage (for example as an admin of a Facebook Page, a Google Analytics property or a LinkedIn Company Page), and you are responsible for having any permission required from your own clients.
- Your use of Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies, including the Meta Terms of Service, the Instagram Terms of Use, the WhatsApp Business Policy, the Google Terms of Service, and the LinkedIn User Agreement. Those platforms are not part of the Service; we are not responsible for their availability, changes to their APIs, or data they provide.
- YouTube. The Service uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s use of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
- We use platform data only as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with each platform’s developer terms (including the Meta Platform Terms, the Google API Services User Data Policy and the LinkedIn API Terms of Use).
- You can disconnect any platform at any time from your dashboard.
Messaging and automation rules
- You are responsible for the messages, posts and replies sent from your accounts through the Service, including automatic replies you set up.
- You will message only people who have given you the consent each platform requires (for WhatsApp, a clear opt-in to receive messages from your business), and you will honour opt-out requests.
- You will follow each platform’s messaging rules, including the time windows in which businesses may reply to people who contacted them, WhatsApp’s template approval and Business Messaging policies, and WhatsApp’s rule that automated chats must support your business rather than act as a general-purpose AI assistant.
- You will not use the Service for unsolicited bulk messages, spam, fake engagement, or to automate personal (non-business) accounts. Telegram automation works only through bots you create with Telegram’s official Bot API.
- AI Voice Agents: you will tell callers when they are speaking with an automated assistant and obtain any consent needed to record calls, as the law requires.
- AI Recruiter: AI rankings are suggestions. You make every hiring decision, review candidates fairly, and must not use the Service to discriminate unlawfully. You are responsible for telling candidates how their data is used.
- AI Business Analyst and AI Workflows: you connect only data you are allowed to use, and you review AI answers and automated actions before relying on them for important decisions.
- We may pause automation on an account if a platform tells us, or we reasonably believe, that it breaks these rules.
4. Your content and data
You keep all rights to the data and content you bring to or create in the Service (“Your Content“). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit and display Your Content solely to provide and secure the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell Your Content.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, deceptive, or that infringes others’ rights, or to publish spam, hate speech, harassment or misleading content;
- connect accounts or access data you are not authorised to access, or use platform data in ways that breach the platform’s terms;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service, circumvent security or usage limits, or interfere with its operation;
- copy, reverse engineer or resell the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
- use the Service, or data obtained through it, to scrape, collect or build profiles of people, to target advertising using platform data, or for surveillance;
- upload malware, or use automated means to access the Service except through interfaces we provide.
6. AI features and AI-generated output
AI provider keys. During a free trial, and on plans where we say so, AI features run on our own AI provider accounts, within the usage limits shown for your plan. Otherwise you connect your own account with a supported AI provider (such as OpenAI, Anthropic or Google Gemini) by adding its API key. Requests made with your key are billed to you by that provider under your agreement with them, and we are not responsible for their charges, availability or output. We store your key encrypted and use it only to carry out requests you make in the Service.
Reports to you. If you turn on scheduled reports, we send them only to the email addresses and WhatsApp numbers you add and confirm in your account. WhatsApp reports are sent through your own WhatsApp Business account, and any Meta charges for them are billed to you.
Insights, recommendations and content produced with AI are generated automatically from your data and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review them before relying on them or publishing them. You are responsible for content you choose to publish and for business decisions you make.
7. Free trials, plans and fees
- Free trial. New accounts may receive a free trial of one or more apps for the period shown at sign-up. No payment details are needed. When the trial ends, access to that app stops automatically unless you move to a paid plan; your account and data remain available for you to export or delete as described in our Privacy Policy. We may limit free trials to one per organisation and may end a trial early if it is misused.
- Paid plans. Prices, included features, usage limits and billing terms for each plan are shown before you subscribe. Unless stated otherwise, fees are billed in advance, are non-refundable except as set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy or where required by law, and exclude applicable taxes, which are added where the law requires.
- Changes. We’ll give at least 30 days’ notice of price changes, which apply from your next billing period.
8. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and branding, belongs to us and our licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. Feedback you give us may be used without obligation to you.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law or by a connected platform, or to protect the Service or other users — with notice where reasonably possible. On termination, your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any marketing result will be achieved.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or ₹10,000 if you have not paid us). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from Your Content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right, including a connected platform’s terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live. Before starting proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We’ll post the new version with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you at least 15 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Electronic communications
You agree that agreements, notices and other communications we send you electronically (by email or within the Service) satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.
